Incandescent light bulbs are just regular traditional light bulbs that people use in there home from day to day. These type of bulbs dont last very long, and produce alot of green house gases, compared to other bulbs like fluorescent bulbs, and different cfl light bulbs.

Incandescent Bulbs Compared To CFL Bulbs

Although the incandescent bulbs are so much worse then the other type of bulbs, people still use these bulbs because they are really affordable. Fluorescent bulbs, and cfl bulbs are starting to become really affordable, and are so much better for you, and the environment then the regular bulbs. Although these bulbs are better, and help the environment so much more then regular bulbs these bulbs are also a lot more expensive then the regular bulbs as well.

Cfl light bulbs, and fluorescent light bulbs are so much more expensive because they save you the consumer so much money in the long run. These type of light bulbs last about eight to ten times longer in life then the regular incandescent bulbs, and also produce about ten times its own body weight less greenhouse gases then the incandescent bulbs do. These bulbs are starting to be seen in more businesses like hotels, and office area’s nowadays, but the regular incandescent bulbs are still being used to this day even after all the things the fluorescent bulbs can save you own.

The incandescent bulbs will be used for almost forever unless the price of the fluorescent bulbs go down to the price of the incandescents. People don’t like to spend money, they worked hard for there money, and only get what is necessary at times to survive. So hence the regular bulbs are still in production, and they still will be bought by consumers. As soon as the fluorescent, and cfl light bulbs get down to the price on incandescents, and people know all of the different things these type of light bulbs can save you on, then the incandescents will almost seem to just diminish away.
